The origin of fluffy pancakes

Fluffy pancakes are a breakfast favorite for many people around the world. Their origin can be traced back to the ancient Greeks, who were the first to make a type of pancake-like food. This dish was made with wheat flour, water, and honey, and was fried in oil. Over time, different cultures adapted the recipe and added their own unique ingredients and techniques. This led to the creation of fluffy pancakes, which quickly became a favorite breakfast dish.
