Start the year on the right foot and with a clear mind by passing this new observation test. It’s a visual puzzle that involves finding the differences between two nearly identical images. Few people get it right the first time. Only the sharpest and smartest challengers are able to spot the dissimilarities at first glance. If you want to get a clear idea of your visual skills, we invite you to take a look at the image in question.
Observation test: what to do?
In this observation test, you have two almost similar images arranged side by side. Each one represents a little wheat-haired girl caught in a gust of wind. They are in the middle of a forest, surrounded by animals and other objects.
At first glance, the two illustrations look the same. However, when you look at them with a magnifying glass, you can see that they have subtle hidden dissimilarities.
The purpose of the observation test is to locate all these differences. You must compare the two images with logic, attention and intelligence. For this challenge, we do not impose any time limit due to the complexity of the exercise. You can take your time to look for these hidden details. However, the less time you spend on this test, the more it will prove that you have eagle eyes and good cognitive skills.
To give yourself the best chance, try to concentrate as much as possible. To do this, keep yourself quiet and away from any situation that might distract your attention.
The answers to the test: how many differences did you find?
Once you have combed through the two images, you will come up with a number of differences. Is this the right answer? You have succeeded if you have found the following 6 differences:
- on the bird’s nest, an egg is missing on one of the pictures
- to the left, a broken heart in red is missing on one of the illustrations
- then look at the white flowers at the bottom of the pictures: there are three on one of them and only two on the other;
- next to it, there is a small stone connected to black dots, a missing detail on the other figure
- then look at the hair of the little girl: the number of braids as well as the number of strands present on her head are different.
