Here is the logic that had to be found to solve this puzzle:
- The first equation gives 5+5=11. It is obtained by adding 1 Ã 10.
- The second equation follows this same approach: 6+6=14, or 6+6=12+2

Thus, in the last equation, we need add the answer with 5. We obtain then 9+9=18+5= 23.
