Place them in a warm place, such as on top of the refrigerator or near a sunny window. Turn them every day to ensure uniform maturation.
Wrap the tomatoes in newspaper

Store wrapped tomatoes in a dark place and check them regularly to prevent them from rotting.
Use a cardboard box

Exposure to indirect sunlight

Light helps stimulate ethylene production and accelerates ripening. However, avoid direct exposure to the sun, which could cause sunburn on the fruit.
Temperature control
The ideal temperature for ripening green tomatoes is between 18°C and 24°C. If possible, keep your tomatoes in this temperature range for best results.
Too low temperatures slow down the process, while too high temperatures can damage the fruit.
Constant monitoring
Regardless of the method you choose, it is important to constantly monitor the condition of your green tomatoes.
Check every day to remove any rotten or damaged fruit, which could compromise the ripening of others.
