Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 1 Lamb Leg (3.5 – 4 lbs)
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
- 2 teaspoons Dried Thyme
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 425°F Oven Temperature
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
2. Rub the lamb leg with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper.
3. Place the lamb leg in a roasting pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
