Randy Beckelheimer: "Northwest Passage"
April 28 - May 31, 2014

Randy Beckelheimer

While based in San Francisco, painter Randy Beckelheimer has turned his attention to the Pacific Northwest for his first solo exhibition in Seattle. The artist draws inspiration from the quiet beauty of Venetian Renaissance masters, such as Bellini, Titian and Giorgione. Using many layers of oil paint and transparent glazes, Beckelheimer captures the spirit of the city by transforming desolate landscapes into harmonious compositions of color and light.
